Located in the Washington Park neighborhood of Providence, Turning Point I was developed to provide permanent supportive housing for Rhode Island veterans in need. Many of its residents were previously homeless, living with relatives or friends, or at risk of becoming homeless.

Omni Development Corporation led the project with a focus on stability and long-term support, ensuring that veterans have access to safe, affordable housing while fostering a sense of community. The development reflects Omni’s commitment to addressing housing insecurity through thoughtful, mission-driven property development.
