Located in Providence’s South Side, Omni Point provides affordable housing for families, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments on-site, plus one- to four-bedroom homes throughout the neighborhood. Originally developed in 1986 as Omni’s first development and rehabbed in 2005.

Over the past three decades Omni has helped bring a renaissance to some of Rhode Island’s poorest neighborhoods, replacing vacant lots and abandoned properties with high-quality, safe and affordable housing. By spreading homes across the area, the project helps integrate families into the community while addressing the need for affordable housing. Omni’s investment in modern amenities, internet access, and on-site management supports long-term neighborhood stability and economic mobility.
